Buy Online Pickup In Store FAQ

In-Store Pickup is a new way to shop GUESS. For some of our items, you can place your order online and pick it up in a store near you!
Use the Find in store/Pickup feature on the product detail page to find a participating store. We'll be adding new In-Store Pickup locations frequently.
To see if an item is eligible for In-Store Pickup, look for the Find in store / Pickup option on the Products page. Simply select the color, size and quantity (if applicable). If the item is currently available for pickup, check the Availability box and select "Pick Up". Generally, orders placed by 2PM (local time) will be ready for pickup on the same day that you place your order. Orders placed after 2PM (local time) will be ready the next day. You will receive an order confirmation email that order has been placed and a second email once the order is ready to be picked up. please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before going to the store to pickup the order.

Please bring a copy of your Ready for Pickup email (printed or digital), the credit card used to purchase and a valid, government issued photo ID.

Orders will be held for 48 hours after you receive your Ready for Pickup email. You will receive an email once the item is ready for pickup and a cancellation email if you do not pick up your order within 48 hours
If you do not pick up your order within the pickup window, your order will be automatically canceled and you will not be charged for the items. Any hold that may have appeared on your card will be released.
Your payment will be authorized when you place your order and a hold will appear on your account, but you will not be charged until you've picked up your order in the store.
