Duration
This Agreement remains in effect unless and until terminated by either you or GUESS.ca.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time. GUESS.ca may also terminate this Agreement
at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access
to the site if in GUESS.ca's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or
provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you
or GUESS.ca, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained
from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the
terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
Sales and Promotions
Unless otherwise stated, prices on sale and promotional items cannot be
combined with any other offers. Sales and promotions may not include all sizes,
colors or styles. Quantities are limited; no rain checks will be issued. Offers
are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards.
Sale and promotion start and end times are displayed in US Eastern time.
GUESS?, Inc. reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue any offer at
any time without notice.
