CANADIAN RETURN POLICY

Q: Not exactly what you wanted?
A: While we take pride in every GUESS product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. GUESS.ca gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry are final sales.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to GUESS.ca along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online or at any GUESS store.

GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Q: How can I return merchandise ordered from GUESS Online Canada? ?
A: At GUESS.ca, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We'll happily accept the return of unworn and unwashed or defective items to GUESS.ca along with the original receipt, tags attached, and original packaging within 30 days of your initial purchase. All swimwear, innerwear and pierced jewelry are final sale. Simply follow the steps below to make a return:

1.Please contact our customer support team at 1-877-44-GUESS, Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. (PT) or by using our web contact form, indicating your GUESS.ca order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return. Please also be sure to let our customer service representative know from the beginning that you are a GUESS.ca customer residing in Canada.

2. Based on the items being returned, we will communicate to you the exact value of your credit for the item(s) being returned. You will be credited for the product value and any related duties and taxes, less return handling fees for customs and brokerage, if applicable.

3. GUESS.ca will communicate to you the mailing address for our Canadian returns facility.

4. Clearly identify our Canadian returns facility address as the destination on the package labeling. When returning merchandise to GUESS.ca, carefully wrap the items and return them to the Canadian address provided with shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.

5. Put the returning item(s) and a copy of the original Packing Slip in the original shipment packaging. Please include all product-packing materials.

6. Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to the Canadian address provided. You may wish to insure your package for the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.

7. Once received at our returns facility, your package will be forwarded to us in the U.S. We will credit your return once the package has been received and processed in the U.S., typically within 14 to 30 business days after the package is sent.

8. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds are processed when item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable duties and taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded.
